Profile: Rosie Corrigan

Hello! I am Rosie, the Chairperson of the SDYC. I am fifteen years old, and have been a member for two years (I am one of the original members). I am a representative for The Holy Family Catholic High School in Carlton. I am passionate about representing the young people of the Selby District, and strive to project your opinions.

My official jobs are to set the agenda, and ensure that it is followed, liase with the secretary and communicate with the necessary contacts. Furthermore, I am involved in numerous projects such as the Youth Charter, and campaigning for UKYP representation in this county. I find the SDYC exceedingly enjoyable, and see it as a valuable opportunity to voice the opinions of young people across the district.
